Swedish Massage:  (a soft touch gentle massage used for relaxation and flushing out all toxins and for a feeling of well-being)

Sports Massage: You don't have to be a sports person to benefit from this massage, It's a deep tissue massage, going much deeper than Swedish and although it can be more challenging you will feel revitalised after and great for all your aches & pains.
